Spiral nozzle (SPJT) is a solid cone or hollow cone spray nozzle with jet angle range of 60 ° -170 °. At a pressure of 3 bar, the liquid flow rate ranges from 5.5 to 140 liters per minute.
This compact nozzle has a smooth flow channel design, which can reduce liquid blockage to a certain extent, allowing the liquid to reach the flow rate on a given size pipeline. Spiral nozzles can be installed or updated on most piping systems.
The available nozzles are NPT or 3SPT (external) thread types. Typically, nozzles measuring 114 inches per inch can be made of brass, 316 stainless steel castings, TEFLON polytetrafluoroethylene, or polyvinyl chloride materials. If it needs to be applied in special fields, other materials can also be used for manufacturing.
